Incident history
Between 14:20 and 15:45 UTC, some WhatsApp messages experienced delays of up to 25 minutes due to a rate limit issue with the WhatsApp Business API. All delayed messages were delivered successfully. The issue was resolved by increasing retry intervals and adjusting rate limit handling. No messages were lost.
Between 09:00 and 11:30 UTC, some Xero invoice syncs failed silently without surfacing an error to the user. The root cause was a change in the Xero API response format for draft invoices. We updated our parsing logic and re-processed all failed sync attempts. Users were notified by email.
