Tracking leads and enquiries
Record every enquiry, track it through your pipeline and measure which marketing channels are winning you the most booked jobs.
How to track leads in Trade2Base
- 1When a new enquiry comes in (via your website form, phone call or WhatsApp), create a new job in Trade2Base and set the status to “Enquiry” or “Quoted”
- 2In the job record, add the lead source using the Source field — select Google Ads, Checkatrade, Referral, Facebook, Website or any custom source you have configured
- 3As the lead progresses, update the status through your pipeline: Enquiry > Quoted > Accepted > Scheduled > In Progress > Completed
- 4View your lead pipeline in the Pipeline View (Jobs > Pipeline) to see all active leads and their stages at a glance
- 5In Reports > Campaign Attribution, filter by lead source to see which channels convert to booked jobs and at what cost
Leads contacted within 5 minutes of enquiry are 21x more likely to convert than those contacted after 30 minutes. Use Trade2Base WhatsApp automation to send an instant acknowledgement when a new enquiry comes in.
