Customising your quote and invoice PDF branding
Add your logo, brand colour and company details to every PDF you send — so your quotes and invoices look as professional as your work.
How to set up PDF branding
- 1Go to Settings > Branding in the Trade2Base dashboard.
- 2Upload your company logo (PNG or SVG, minimum 200px wide) — it appears in the top-left of all quote and invoice PDFs.
- 3Set your brand colour — this applies to buttons, headings and the accent bar on PDF documents. Use your hex code for an exact match.
- 4Customise the quote footer text: add your company registration number, VAT number, payment terms, bank details and any warranty or guarantee statement.
- 5Preview your branded quote by clicking “Preview PDF” — this generates a sample quote with your branding applied so you can check the layout before sending to customers.
A professionally branded quote is one of the most effective ways to convert an enquiry into a booked job. Businesses using branded Trade2Base PDFs report a 15–25% higher quote acceptance rate compared to plain, unbranded quotes.

Yes. Add your terms and conditions text in Settings > Branding > Quote Footer. This text will appear on every quote PDF you send. You can also add a separate invoice footer with different payment terms if needed.
If you operate multiple trading names or companies from one Trade2Base account, contact support to discuss multi-brand setup. Each brand can have its own logo, colour, footer and email sender name.
