See jobs completed, revenue generated, average job duration and customer satisfaction scores for every engineer on your team.
How to view engineer performance
- 1Go to Reports > Engineer Performance in the Trade2Base dashboard.
- 2Select the engineer and date range you want to analyse.
- 3View key metrics: jobs completed, average job duration, revenue generated, parts costs, gross profit per engineer.
- 4Check the customer satisfaction scores linked to each engineer's completed jobs.
- 5Export the report to CSV or share it with a team manager via a link.
Use engineer performance data to calculate performance-related pay. Export the report monthly and filter by engineer to see gross profit generated per team member.
Frequently asked questions
By default, performance reports are admin-only. You can grant an engineer access to view their own data (but not others') by adjusting their permissions under Team > Permissions.
Average job duration is calculated from the time logged on each completed job. Engineers must log time via the mobile app or the job time tracker for this metric to be accurate.
Yes — select “All engineers” from the engineer filter to see a side-by-side comparison table with all key metrics for every engineer in the selected date range.
Subcontractors added to your team appear in the engineer performance report. Their metrics are tracked in the same way as employed engineers, based on the jobs assigned to them.
