Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required. You get full access to all features on your chosen plan so you can test it with real jobs before committing.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What's your refund policy?+
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if Trade2Base isn't right for you. After that, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Email support@trade2base.com to request a refund.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export all your data (customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, messages and expenses) as CSV or PDF at any time. After cancellation you have 30 days to export before data is deleted.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No card is required to start your 7-day trial. You only add payment details when you choose to continue after the trial.
Do you support multi-trade businesses?+
Yes. Trade2Base works for any trade — plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, HVAC, bathrooms, general building and multi-trade teams. Job types, quote templates and categories are all configurable.
How do the advertising integrations work?+
On Pro and Business plans you connect your Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads accounts via OAuth. Trade2Base then pulls spend and lead data into your dashboard so you can see cost-per-lead and revenue attribution alongside your CRM data.
Is my data stored securely?+
All data is stored in Supabase (Postgres on AWS), with row-level security ensuring each business only sees its own data. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Backups run daily with 30-day retention.
