Is there a free trial?+
Yes — start with a 7-day free trial, no card required. Try the enquiry, quote and invoice workflow before choosing a paid plan.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What's your refund policy?+
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if Trade2Base isn't right for you. After that, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Request one through the contact form.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
CSV export is available for business records. Export what you need before cancellation and contact us about access and retention. No automatic deletion timetable is promised here.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No card is required to start your 7-day trial. You only add payment details when you choose to continue after the trial.
Do you support multi-trade businesses?+
Yes. Trade2Base works for any trade — plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, HVAC, bathrooms, general building and multi-trade teams. Job types, quote templates and categories are all configurable.
How do the advertising integrations work?+
Trade2Base does not connect to Meta Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads accounts. Record enquiry sources and enter monthly ad spend manually. The attribution report groups recorded paid invoices by their payment date; it does not reconcile VAT, partial payments or refunds.
Is my data stored securely?+
The application uses signed-in business access and Supabase storage. Read the Privacy notice for data handling, and contact us with specific security or backup questions. No backup-retention guarantee is made on this page.
