How quickly do you reply?

Can I get a demo before signing up?

Yes — book a 20-minute demo call or sign up free to explore the app. The onboarding takes under 10 minutes and your trial is populated so you can see every feature in action.

I'm having a technical issue — who do I contact?

Email support@trade2base.com with a description of the issue and your account email. For urgent issues affecting live jobs, use the in-app chat and mark it as urgent.

I want to give feedback or request a feature

We genuinely read every feature request. Email support@trade2base.com with 'Feature request' in the subject line, or mention it in the in-app chat. Most of our best features came from customers.

Do you have a reseller or referral programme?
