Sending Quotes in Bulk
Instead of opening each quote individually, Trade2Base lets you select multiple quotes and send them all in one action. Customers each receive their own individual quote — you just save the time of doing it one by one.
How to send quotes in bulk
In the main navigation, open Quotes. Use the checkbox on each row to select the quotes you want to send. You can select across multiple pages.
Once you have selected at least one quote, the "Bulk actions" button appears at the top of the list. Click it and choose "Send selected" from the dropdown.
Select how you want to send the quotes: Email sends to the customer's email address on record, WhatsApp sends via your connected WhatsApp number, or Customer Portal link generates a shareable link for each quote.
Trade2Base shows you the message template that will be used. You can edit the subject line and body before sending. Changes apply to all selected quotes in this batch.
Click "Send now". Each customer receives their own individual quote. The sent timestamp is updated on each quote record and the status moves to "Sent".
Bulk send works for quotes in Draft or Awaiting Approval status. Already-sent quotes are skipped automatically.
